The inner city has countless stories and just as many textures and images; old and abandoned, grit and grime, brick, concrete, and steel. They speak of times when the focus was on hard physical work, creating the massive machines of industry. Things that we have forgotten, or never even knew about, which have made our lives so much easier. 

The foundation of our modern world was built by the worn and weathered relics that can be found in our inner cities.
